FOKUS™ stores your Google account name, verified email address, and profile image to authenticate you and keep your study data private.

If you request beta access, FOKUS™ stores the email address you submit, the Beta Terms version you accepted, and the acceptance time so the owner can review your request, manage an invitation, document your agreement, and notify you if access is approved. A waitlist request does not create an account or grant application access.

Your exams, topics, reviews, tasks, and study activity are visible only to your account. FOKUS™ does not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, contacts, or other Google services.

Beta access and account data can be removed by contacting the FOKUS™ owner. Operational database backups may retain deleted records for a limited period.
